We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of them being received here at our HQ. Once your items land back with us, they are then processed by a member of our returns team. Once they have processed the return and taken the relevant action based of your return reasoning you will then be notified via email, this would be the same process for both exchange/returns and for refunds.
