Sorry to hear you are having trouble placing the order with us! As we are a UK based company on some occasions banks overseas will put a block/ a hold on the payment. They do this as a safety procedure to protect customers from fraud, if you are experiencing this then you would need to contact your bank and explain that you are attempting to purchase goods from an overseas company. Your bank should then allow this to go through and authorise the payment, once you have had the confirmation you would then need to reorder your desired items from our website.
